I authorize Hartson-Kennedy, Inc., and any of its Affiliates and/or Agents (the “Company”) to take, use and publish photographs, videos and case studies taken of me, my name, my likeness, my property, my written or oral statements and brief biographical information (collectively, “My Impressions”) and to use and publish photographs voice recordings and/or videos taken by Company’s Agent and/or videographer and/or submitted to the Company pursuant to this release (collectively, “My Submissions”) in the print, online and audio video-based marketing materials and other publications of the Company (the “Marketing Materials”) and for any other lawful purpose.

I expressly grant to the Company, without right to revocation, the right to use and alter My Submissions without restriction and to copyright the same without restriction. I expressly represent that I have full consent and authority to grant use of the Impressions and Submission in accordance with the terms of this release.

I acknowledge that I will not receive financial compensation of any kind whatsoever in exchange for, or associated with, My Impressions and My Submissions or their inclusion in the Marketing Materials unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my likeness, my property, or my testimonial appears.

I hereby hold harmless and release the Company from any claims, damages or liability arising or related from the Company’s use of My Impressions, My Submissions and/or the Marketing Materials.

I release the Company from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with My Impressions and My Submissions. I further release the Company, its employees, officers, directors, stockholders, contractors and affiliates, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of the Marketing Materials, from liability for any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the Company’s use of My Impressions and My Submissions.
